
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase (45 days for Slenderiiz Day and Night Drops). If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their purchase (for example, on their first purchase of a product), they can request a full refund, minus the initial shipping costs.
Return Conditions:
- The original packaging of the products must be returned for the refund to be processed.
- The return must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The batch number on the product must be provided.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied (minus the initial shipping costs).
If your request is approved, your refund (minus the initial shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at contact@wellness-healthy.com so we can provide you with further instructions.
