Return within 14 days

A sealed, unopened product can be returned to us. You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your withdrawal, then a further 14 days to send us the parcel.

Satisfaction or your money back

Not happy with a product you bought for the first time? You will be refunded within 30 days of purchase (45 days for the Day and Night Drops), even if it has been opened, provided you return its original packaging and the unused remainder.

Damaged or incorrect product

Parcel visibly damaged: refuse it on delivery. Problem found when opening it? Take a photo and let us know within 48 hours: a replacement product will be sent to you free of charge.

How to Return a Product

In 4 steps

  1. Contact us before sending anything at contact@wellness-healthy.com or via our contact form, giving your order number and the products concerned. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
  2. Prepare your parcel: put the items back in their original packaging. Take a photo of the batch number printed on each product (Partner.Co requires it to accept the return).
  3. Send the parcel to the return address with the carrier of your choice. Return costs remain your responsibility.
  4. Send us the tracking number: we follow the parcel to the warehouse and trigger your refund to the payment method used for the order.

Your Rights in Detail

Right of withdrawal

  • Deadline: 14 days from delivery to inform us of your decision, then 14 days to send the products back.
  • Conditions: Food supplements, care products and drinks must be intact, closed and sealed (for reasons of hygiene and health protection).
  • Refund: Price of the items and the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt or proof of return shipment. Return costs are your responsibility.

Satisfaction or your money back

  • Deadline: 30 days from the date of purchase (45 days for the Day and Night Drops).
  • Conditions: Valid only for the first purchase of a product. The product may have been opened or tried, but the original packaging and the remaining product must be returned.
  • Refund: Price of the product minus the original delivery costs, refunded once the return has been received at the warehouse. Return costs are your responsibility.

Managing Your Return

Cancel an order

As long as your order is not yet being prepared, you can cancel it by contacting us quickly with your order number via our contact form. Once your order has been shipped, the returns procedure applies.

Exchange a product

Any defective product or product received in error is replaced free of charge. Contact us via our contact form with a photo and your order number.

Refund not received?

Bank processing times are usually 2 to 5 working days after the refund is issued. If nothing has appeared after that, contact your bank, then our customer support.
