Is it possible to pay in installments?

This depends on your country.
Some payment gateways offer payment in installments.

You will find all the possible payment options on the payment page.

The PayPal payment platform offers the possibility to pay in 4 instalments for eligible customers.

Delivery times.

Delivery times are generally 3 to 4 working days and are provided by the following carriers: DHL – CHRONOPOST/DPD – GLS or others depending on your country.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order.

Depending on your email address, the confirmation email may be in the promotion tab or in your ‘Spam’. It is also possible that you have misspelled your email address.

If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please send us an e-mail to the following address: contact@wellness-healthy.com. 

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation including your order tracking will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

You can’t find your order tracking in your mailbox? Think of looking in the tabs “promotions, spam,…” of your mailbox. 

You can also track your order via the tab “Order Tracking“.
