– Order Processing Time
For orders placed before 11:00 AM from Monday to Saturday, shipping is generally done the same day (subject to availability).
– Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on availability and destination.
Deliveries are carried out by the following carriers: CHRONOPOST/DPD – GLS – DHL – UPS depending on your country.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order. Once the tracking information is provided, you can also track your order via your account (if you created one) or through the following page: Order Tracking
The carrier may contact you by phone, so please make sure to provide your phone number when placing your order.

Free delivery for all countries except Switzerland and Italy on orders over €120.
Free delivery in Switzerland for orders over CHF 170.
– No One Home?
Depending on the size of your package, it will either be left in your mailbox or delivered to the nearest pickup point.
If your package is delivered to a pickup point, a delivery notice with the pickup point address will be left in your mailbox by the courier.
An email will also be sent to you with the address of the pickup point.
– Changing the Delivery Address
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will be able to modify your delivery address.
