DELIVERY POLICY

– Delays of the assumption of responsibility of your order

For all orders placed before 11am from Monday to Saturday, they are shipped the same day (except in exceptional cases, out of stock or public holidays).

– Delivery times

Delivery times are from 2 to 5 working days depending on availability and destination.

Deliveries are made by the following carriers: CHRONOPOST/DPD – GLS – DHL – UPS depending on your country. 

A delivery tracking will be communicated to you after the order by email. Once the delivery tracking is communicated, you can also track your order via your account (if you have created one) or via the following page: Order tracking

The carrier can contact you by phone, please make sure to leave your phone number when you order

– Delivery costs

Depending on the country of delivery. Delivery costs are calculated when you order. 

Free delivery for all countries except Switzerland from 120€ of purchase. 

– Nobody at home?

Depending on the size of your parcel, it will either be deposited in your letterbox or delivered to the nearest delivery point. 

If your parcel is delivered to a relay point, the deliveryman will leave a notice in your letterbox giving the address of the relay point.

An email will also be sent to you to inform you of the address of the relay point.

– Modification of the delivery address

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will be able to change your delivery address.
