DOSAGE AND PRECAUTIONS

Day & Night Drops

• Day Drops: Before each main meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), drink a glass of water (250 ml). Then, shake the bottle and take 15 drops (0.7 ml) about 20-30 minutes before eating.
• Night Drops: Before bedtime, drink a glass of water (250 ml). Then, shake the bottle and take 45 drops (2 ml) one to two hours before sleeping. For best results, avoid eating after taking the drops.
